We want you to love your Aelfric Eden pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
